Ahmadinejad: Sept. 11 attacks a big lie

Well he might actually be right. Given the fog surrounding the assassination of JFK anything is possible in this country. Then again, the humorous Brits have a replacement name for Ahmadinjad (Oh My Dinner Jacket) - I think he's never been caught not wearing one. They also used to called Slobbydan Milosevich "Slobboe" as in a slobbering doggie. Nothing can be taken too seriously sometimes.

I did this because I recently got a comment from a Arab country that was written in code (Arabic of course) - and yes I can't speak or read Arabic so point taken. But I wander if it was a threat as a result of some unintended slight.

So what did Oh My Dinner Jacket say this time?

And why is Iran defying the world and developing nuclear weapons? Well for three reasons probably: (1) they're shit-scared of being invaded by America and if the likes of Palin get in next time it's a possibility because she's is probably as fanatical about self-fullfilling the prophecy of Armageddon as Oh My Dinner Jacket is. (2) They want to dominate the Middle East (they can keep it). (3) The Israeli's would not attack Iran with nuclear weapons - there's nothing for them in Iran - but they could retaliate with them - and so Iran would be discouraged from hurting Israel.

Truth is Iran probably couldn't really give a flying-fuck if some terrorist popped a nuke in London, Paris or New York - but my guess is that's more likely to come from some Russian scientist trying to buy a new fridge for his family.

Iran will discover, the power invested in nukes - if and when they get them - but they will also discover that it's incredibly expensive to develop and maintain them - and that even though they are despotic mixed up nation - that keeping nuclear weapons is completely useless once you have them because you can't use them. That's why the Americans and the Soviets called it MAD - because one would have to be completely stupid to even consider pushing the button because plenty more would come straight back.

So that's the nukes out of the way. If Iran gets a nuke? So what! Pakistan has them and they are just as politically unstable - if not more so. Might want to watch the Russians and some unknown person selling someone to some fringe-benefited person with an axe to grind. Does anyone know that Bill Clinton's government spent huge sums of cash on securing the stockpile of nuclear weapons in the former Soviet Union - and the US is probably still spending that kind of money because the Russians can't afford it - and maybe they don't care either - after all, who's jealous of Russia? And does anyone know that America, Russia, the British, France, India, China and Pakistan - are probably anywhere between 15 minutes maybe and an hour of Mutually Assured Destruction? Even so, climatologists suggest that only a few H-bombs in the right places could cause such firestorms that nuclear winter could ensue. What the **** are we so worried about Iran for?

Back to Oh My Dinner Jacket. He said that Israel terrorizes Palestinians so therefore he felt that it was logical to state the the holocaust is a lie. Now he knows it's not a lie, but that's why he said it. Put yourself in the shoes of an Arab who feels that his country has been raped and robbed by Europeans and Americans for centuries. Ask a China-man about Hong Kong and The Boxer Rebellion and you might get the same answer. And Oh My Dinner Jacket thinks that 911 was a hoax and an inside job - a lot of people in America think that way as well (myself not included), but as I said before - anything is possible in this country - Congress is corrupted by lobbyists and corporate cash and many Americans think that if they are not rich then that they are enslaved - they're right in some ways but this is the same situation the world over - you're either on top or you're not - wish I was on top :) Why is it that if we can see our own faults, that we can't see the points that people from what we think are funny countries might actually have a point. Well the problem with people like Oh My Dinner Jacket is that we don't take any notice of him and think he's a crackpot, mainly because he's not concerned about Americans getting blown up here and there. People tend to act-out violently when they don't get attention - but the act of violence tends to bring them the wrong attention. Then again, people in third world countries thought that America was just a bully under George Bush and welcomed Obama happily because they thought he would start listening to them - the results on that count are as of yet unknown but a lot of Americans voted for Obama so we're waiting to see if anyone else attacks us and if we have to vote for another idiot next time who will fight rather than talk our way out of the mess we are in?

Then again, is all this bickering simply about power? The West has it - everyone else wants it. Well there's no point saying that the Chinese don't have to fight for it because they're next to become the world's leading power - unless they implode under the corruption. Then again, America is corrupt in some ways - and now has a 40% swing vote - that's absurd - if anything, this country might be ripe for a new political party or the likes of someone like Ross Perot. I wonder how Americans will vote next time? Did they vote for a brown man because they were trying to mend relations with the world in general? Or did they vote brown because they are simply rebelling against what they see as a corrupted political system in their own country where a low-IQ ex-alcoholic, coke addict and failed businessman - managed to cheat in elections and win the presidency twice? And is it really the case that once they get black they won't go back? :) Who knows? But I wait with baited breath to see if Obama can talk his way out of the mess we're in - and if someone like Ross Perot can convince us he knows how to fix it - because maybe Americans are just pissed off with their politicians that the people will vote in favor of one person who promises to shake stuff up for them. Obama did but one wonders if he might be runnign the risk of assassination if he does try to shake stuff up a bit - then again, his success or failure might determine the downfall or revitilization of Western Civilization itself - after all - empires rise and fall and they always crumble from within, usually under the weight of corruption, greed and the lack of integrity in leadership - it's that simple.

Also the Supreme Court just voted to allow for unrestricted funding of political campaigns? Huh? I think myself that political campaign funding should be a special taxation - that should then be distributed to every viable candidate evenly and that no private party be allowed to fund any politician at all. After all, it's a big country and TV advertising is necessary to reach everyone - then again - perhaps TV stations should be mandated to give out free advertising. None of it works really but there has to be a better way than allowing the wealthy and powerful to run the most powerful nation into the ground by moving all their money and manufacturing to China, and to have the political clout to make us pay for it as well.

Or are people like myself not allowed to say things in this country like this anymore? I still say it's better to talk than to fight and that even idiots like Oh My Dinner Jacket should be noted - but they tend to freak people out when they finance people blowing stuff up all over the place. Did anyone notice how quickly Gaddaffi gave up his nuclear weapons program after the US invaded Iraq the second time? Then again, Iran is a little bigger than Iraq and Libya - and the Russian bear is just over the border and they might start to object to too many American boots in the area - perhaps even the Chinese - so we have to fight idiots like Oh My Dinner Jacket with words - fact is, if Iran really gets out of hand the Israelis will beat the krap out of them anyway. So far they have not so perhaps Iran and Oh My Dinner Jacket are really a large amount of fresh air and perhaps he's just an old windbag.

Were the World Trade Center attacks a big lie? Probably not but there are a lot of people who think they could have been internally assisted, if not at least ignored accidentally on purpose. Eisenhower warned about the Military Industrial Complex and all sorts of weird things happen in this country - power corrupts and the British were not better in their heyday - after all, in the Boer War the British invented what the Nazis used to dreadful purpose - the concentration camp!

I wonder one thing about American voters - are they wondering perhaps if there is nobody useful or at least representative, for them to actually vote for anymore? Is it possible for any new ideas to break through all the red tape in a political capital like Washington? Are we edging towards dictatorship? Again, anything is possible - some Americans might think that we are already there! Did anyone notice that Obama did not repeal the Patriot Act? You know - the one with the wire-tapping and all the snoopy stuff in it that means that anyone can watch anyone (they already did that anyway) .... but either he's been sucked into it or there really is some to get really freakin' worried about about out there. Myself I just worry about the future of the entire West - perhaps the Chinese will do a better job than the Americans, and the British+French before them, and the Spanish before them and the Portuguese before them - and so on a so forth? Probably not.

Heh :) Life is too short to worry about important stuff.
